THE TRANSPORT WONDER ON FOUR WHEELS

Thanks the extra long load platform and rigid front retainer, the MultiCart is ideal for the safe transport of large and bulky baggage items. Its four wheels provide a secure stand and excellent manoeuvrability. Available with or without brakes, the MultiCart can be adapted precisely to individual customer needs. The small panel on the front retainer, and the panel on the rear basket can be used for advertising or safety instructions.
  • Welded frame made of special high-grade aluminium alloy, F35 strength class
  • With rustproof stainless steel V2A basket (1.4301), electro-polished
  • Four wheels (two front swivel Ø 125 mm, two fixed rear wheels Ø 180 mm)

  • World-wide reputed EXPRESSO brake system with forward/backward function
  • Due to the frame geometry, oversized luggage (such as skis, snowboards and golf clubs) can be transported easily
  • Handle in five parts with inlet with pictograms showing user and safety instructions, plus airport logo on request
  • Push handle, front bumper and all other plastic parts in EXPRESSO blue colour (= light blue, similar to RAL 5017)
  • Push-handle inclined upwards
  • Including a retainer on the front of the cart to reduce the risk of luggage tipping forwards.
  • Front retainer contains a full-size advertising panel, without imprint (printing possible from both sides).

Main features

Multi-purpose-push-handle-2

The push handle of hand friendly EXLAN releases the brake by moving up or down. The handle integrates pictograms with user and safety instructions.

The automatic parking brake offers high safety and easy service. The baggage cart is automatically braked by releasing the push handle.

The braking mechanism, form fitted to the wheels, achieves approximately 30 % more braking power as opposed to common braking systems.

The rubber tyre consists of a hard core inside and a softer light-grey tread which prevents marking floors. The inner wheel is made of shock-proof, unbreakable plastic-EXLAN with two precision ball bearings that are dust and water-proof and permanently lubricated.
